　　符合中關(guān)村外籍高層次人才認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的外國人，經(jīng)由中關(guān)村管委會出具推薦函，可以申請辦理外國人永久居留。

　　Foreigners who meet the qualification standards for high level foreign talents in Zhongguancun can apply for permanent residence for foreigners via a recommendation letter issued by the Zhongguancun Management Committee.

　　張XX持北京公安機(jī)關(guān)簽發(fā)的工作類居留許可，在XX企業(yè)任副總經(jīng)理（該企業(yè)系中關(guān)村國家自主示范區(qū)和國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)），經(jīng)由中關(guān)村管委會出具推薦函，可以申請辦理外國人永久居留。

　　Possessing a work type residence permit issued by the Beijing Public Security Bureau, Mr.Zhang serves as the deputy general manager of the XXX company (the company is categorized as a national high-tech enterprise in the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone). Under such circumstances, he is qualified for applying for permanent residence for foreigners via a recommendation letter issued by the Zhongguancun Management Committee.

　　需要哪些申請材料

　　Documents Required:

　　2張2英寸正面免冠白色或淡藍(lán)色背景彩色照片及電子版照片（刻錄光盤提交）。

　　Two 2-inch color photos with a white background or light blue background;

　　申請人有效外國護(hù)照及簽證復(fù)印件。

　　A copy of the applicant's valid foreign passport and visa;

　　中關(guān)村管委會出具的推薦函原件。

　　The original recommendation letter issued by the Zhongguancun Management Committee;

　　《外國人工作許可證》復(fù)印件，有關(guān)任職單位、職務(wù)及個人情況等信息應(yīng)與中關(guān)村管委會出具的推薦函一致。

The copy of the "Foreigner Work Permit", the information of the organization, position, and personal details in the work permit should be consistent with the recommendation letter issued by the Zhongguancun Management Committee.

　　申請人曾具有中國國籍的，需提供曾取得外國定居資格憑證、入籍紙或戶籍謄本、入籍時使用的中國護(hù)照復(fù)印件。

　　Applicants who held Chinese nationality before must provide a certificate of foreign residence qualification, naturalization paper or household registrationtran script, and a copy of the Chinese passport used for naturalization.

　　申請人個人簡歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續(xù)）。

　　Applicant's resume (from 18 year sold to present with continuous work experience required，accurate to the month).
